Greetings – All Saints – Phase II Reopening of Church Building,

We know it’s been quite a while since we were in the building worshiping together. On Friday, May 29th, the vestry along with parish staff met for a vestry meeting. Bishop Kevin had asked us to create plans on how our church building would reopen. We carefully drafted our proposal, and on June 2, Louis and myself had a Zoom meeting with Bishop Kevin. He approved our proposal and guidelines to reopen the church building. Please keep in mind that we must be vigilant in our own healthcare and those of our church family. If you are ill, stay home. If you are not yet comfortable meeting with a group, please stay home.

While in either yellow and green phases, we are still asked to properly wear a mask (nose and mouth must be covered), practice social distancing, and practice good hygiene and cleanliness (hand sanitizer and disinfecting building). There will be no Eucharist until further notice from the diocese. We are restricted to 25 total members in yellow and we will continue the 25 total members until further notice. To accommodate all church members wanting to worship in the All Saints building, we will be offering two (2) Sunday services. Morning Prayer/Service with no music at 8AM in the church sanctuary. Morning Prayer/Service with music at 10AM in Moyer Hall.

The 2nd Street entrance is to be used for the 8AM service only. All members need to remain on the 2nd floor. The Coal Street entrance is to be used for the 10AM service only. All church members are required to wear a face mask covering their mouth and nose for the duration of the service. Hand sanitizer will be provided by an usher for use or rubber gloves. Members will be assigned seating by an usher to ensure proper social distancing. Please stay in your designated seat throughout the service. After the service, an usher will direct you to leave (from back to front). Please bring your leaflet with you for proper disposal.

Please take a few minutes and read the below attachment for complete detailed guidelines. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact Louis or myself.

Looking forward to reconnecting with everyone, Cheryl Ann, senior warden.
